JIRA Core Navigation

Hi all, after the recent user interface change, all the users are struggling to navigate the JIRA site. We would like to go back to the old user interface. Is this possible or is there any good documentation (a simple pack) so that all the users do not get frustrated? Look forward to your feedback. Thanks Sachi
