JIRA Core and JIRA Portfolio

Does JIRA Core work with JIRA Portfolio?  More specifically, can JIRA Portfolio reflect and track the progress of JIRA Core projects and activities?

Hi Fred,

Yes, it's possible to use JIRA Core and Portfolio integrated.

However, it doesn't add the Epic/Story functionality you get from Software.

Thank you for this information @Gabriel Senna.  To make sure that I understood your comment correctly, Portfolio will capture and display the work that a team does through JIRA Core, is that correct?

I understand that JIRA Core's work would not include User Story and Epic contributions since JIRA Core has different units of work and workflows.  

Please let me know if this understanding is not correct.
