JIRA Dashboard gadgets: How to get Request Name in Statistic Type

Hi,

I am unable to see the "Request Name" in the "Statistic Type" of Jira dashboard gadgets. Has anyone experienced this problem and/or have a resolution.

If you are referring to "Customer Request Type" field, I have noticed the same problem. I can only select from user-created custom fields when browsing the Statistic Type list.

It would be great to be able to choose the "Customer Request Type" field, to generate statistics in dashboard gadgets around how many tickets are being created from forms (Request Types) in our JSM Portal.
