My organization is thinning on going to JIRA Cloud, and we need a presentation/doc to show  us an resume of the positive and negative  of the implementation on Server/data center versus Cloud, and major differences between.

there are many things that could be said about. Some very good information were already given by Sudarshan.

You can also search through Community. Within a few minutes I found informational material like a list of differences.
Here is also a good collection of useful articles.
For migrations this is also a good wrap up.
