we would like to improve the user experience by customizing the dashboard with more gadgets

is there a plugin that can help ? ( we want to avoid the development )

I'm not really sure that there is a question here?

You can add whatever gadgets you like to the default/system dashboard, and make them available to users to use on their own dashboards. Jira ships with a good swathe of gadgets already, and more are provided by various plugins.

So I don't understand what you're looking for in a plugin?

because of the limitation of " favorite filters " gadget

wich is fine to me

and due to your help for sharing a filter everything is ok now :)
