JIRA Import error- Could not find file at the location

Hi Team,

I've installed JIRA 7.13 and trying to import backup from 6.13.5 and it gives the below error. I know that it is not straight forward import and export and things would be ready but what should be my approach under this scenario.

"Could not find file at the location C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\import\20119\entities.xml"

We have many customised plugin installed on older version of jira 6.13.5 instance.

Any suggestion would be great help.

Make sure Jira account has the permission and ownership of the directory

Hi @Neeta Dubey!

Try to give a full path name including the file extension.

If it doesn't work, try to move the file up to the /import directory and try to restore using only the filename.
