JIRA Issues showing in Kanban board filter results but not on the board columns

Hey there,
I have a Kanban board created with an applied filter. The results in the Filter are correct, however, some of the results are not showing up on the board even though the statuses are all mapped in the various columns on the board.
I have tried removing the board sub-filter and the filter shares and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

@edwin vasquez I think I figured it out actually.
I was trying to base swimlanes on Epics and when I did that I received no results. Basing Swimlanes on projects or queries, or 'none' showed me the expected results. I then added a filter to my query of Type = Epic and for some reason that allows me to properly see my expected results when I base my swimlanes on Epics.

Do you know why that is?

Hello @Helene Dryden

Are you by any chance using quick filters? What type of swimlanes are you using? Anything similar on the issues that are not appearing? I.e issue type, issue security, status, etc.
