JIRA Jelly scripts no longer working after upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.5

We've recently upgraded our Production JIRA version from 4.3 to 4.4.5. Our Jelly scripts have stopped working. Even running the Jelly script through the Jelly Runner fails.

The failure is with setting the value of a custom field that has custom field options. It complains that the value attempting to be set is not one of the options when it clearly is! Running the same script in our test region which is still running 4.3 works just fine.

Does anyone know what has changed between 4.3 and 4.4.5 that could be causing this? Again, works fine in 4.3 but not in 4.4.5.

Since 4.4 you have to use the option id's not the values
