JIRA Kanban board not showing all completed issues in DONE column, issues deleted from board

Hello.

I hope someone can help with this.

My Jira Kanban board is not showing all finished issues in the Done columns.

As you can see in the right corner down, there is a message saying you can see the closed issues deleted from the dashboard, not only the ones it is showing.

Does anyone know what is happening and what should I do to show all the closed items?

Hi @gfernandez  - Take a look at the board filter and sub-filter to see if it is excluding issues that have been released or have passed the date in the Hide Completed Issues Older Than field at the bottom of the page.

Go to the Board then click the 3 dots menu and select Board Settings

Then go to the General page to see the filter and sub-filter.
