Getting the flowing error when trying to syn our LDAP

What version of JIRA are you running?

There's a bug in the LDAP synchronisation where name casing changes on the LDAP side can cause JIRA to attempt to insert duplicate entries, see here:

• https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/LDAP+Sync+Fails+due+to+Cannot+Insert+Duplicate+Key+Row+Object+Error

This results in a failed sync.
