can you help me out to find this below Q&A 

5) Know the path of installation

              - how to get the path of jira installed

              - how to know where are the config files (server, cluster properties, dbconfig, setenv.sh)

              - advanced config files location and contents (java keystore, tomcat configurations etc)

6) which logs to search

              - atlassian-jira

              - catalina.out

              - access logs

Putty is a terminal emulator, not a database utility.  It connects you to a server and gives you a command line shell.

All we can tell you now you've mentioned putty is "log into the server using putty and check it's healthy"
