JIRA Misc Custom Fields - Calculated Number Field - Need reindex?

I have installed JIRA Misc Custom Fields plugin, but when I would like to add Calculated Number Field custom field. However when I click on "Add Custom Field" I do not see "Calculated Number Field" type.

Does it require reindex for me to be able to see this custom field in the list of available options for adding custom fields.

Please let me know.

IMO re-indexing is only needed for searching issues using a new custom field. Did you check in the UPM whether all modules of the new plugin are activated?
