JIRA - Not able to see/download attachments and not able to upload

When I open attachment in different tab browser shows below error -

Hi,

the error message states that the Atlassian server uses HSTS (Strict transport security) therefore if your browser doesn't trust the connection anymore, it must shutdown the connection.

I would first try another browser & second don't open the attachment in another tab.
