JIRA On Demand: Update JIRA ticket from the link ticket

Hi Guys,

We are running a JIRA on demand version.

I have different issue types under one project.

The issue types are linked to one of the main issue type.

I want to be able to update all tickets by updating one ticket, this way we are not doing multiple entries.

I've tried link with relate, clone and it doesnt work.

I'm afraid you need addons to do this type of automation, and the ones you need are not available on Cloud.
