Simple question - successfully tested and created links between our hosted JIRA instance and our hosted ZenDesk instance, but the link that appears within the latest version of OnDemand has an extra slash in the URL, so the link doesn't work. Checked config and no extra slashes exist there.
So, for example, application link and RPC link both say https://myzeninstance.zendesk.com (just an example, not a real URL).
Then the link that appears under the issue links section in JIRA shows a URL like https://myzeninstance.zendesk.com//tickets/12345, but the correct URL should be: https://myzeninstance.zendesk.com/tickets/12345 .
Are we missing some step in the setup or link configuration. As I mentioned, linking issues seems to work fine, it pulled in title, description, etc., its just the silly link has the extra slash before the 'tickets' part of the URL.
Hi Garth,
I would double check the application link configuration, and the general zendesk config settings in the connector. If there still seems to be no culprit, I would float the question over to Zendesk to see what actual url they are communicating back and forth with to see if the extra slash actually exists in the log.
Cheers,
Gary
