We're trying to include clients in our JIRA workflow. Currently, the way it typically happens is that a client reports an issue (a task to be done), then our manager translates it into a number of subtasks for the team members. These subtasks cannot be accessed by the client (set up via Issue Security) as they contain certain internal details that should be kept private.
However, since the work is billed at an hourly rate in this case, we'd like the client to see the total time spent on a task, including subtasks (which they don't have access to). Is there a way to accomplish this? Any workaround suggestions are welcome.
You can try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/ru.andreymarkelov.atlas.plugins.datacollector
for total time calculating
Thanks for your input, however we can't use this plugin as it is unavailable for OnDemand instances
