JIRA Permission Report

I am trying to run a report, within a Cloud JIRA Project, that will allow me to see all the groups and users within the JIRA User Groups -- I know I can go into the project's settings and see this information, but i would like to run a report for this information instead.   Does anyone know how to do that?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Checking the built-in reports on the project and also the gadgets on a dashboard, there is no option to show the information about users and groups. 

Also, I didn't find an add-on that could get this information and turn it into a report.

I'm not sure if it would be useful, but there is a report called Organization Insights when using Atlassian access. It's not specific for projects, but for the entire site.
