JIRA (Premium) Xray APP- we cannot execute any test cases

We are facing an issue in Jira. We were using Xray app to create test cases and for our epics and eventually execute them. Until couple of weeks back, Xray was working properly and we were able to execute the test cases there, but then, Xray started having issue and since then. We can create test sets, plans and cases but when we are about to create new execution, Xray wrongly redirects us to the Testing Board and there is no way to run the execution and mark the test cases to successful / failed.

COuld you please help me to solve the issue

lease try again using the previously mentioned steps.

• Unsubscribe from the plugin 
• Uninstall Xray
• Install Xray again
• Validate behavior
