Both in the old and latest versions of JIRA, can you please let know how to customize to include fields other than what's seen in "Time Tracking" Report. For instance, I need to have a Date Field added to indicate the date by when the claim was done?
Alternatively, am using Versions but the issue is at times the user stories/ tasks that are incomplete - they may have hours but not completed and go back to the Backlog... When I generate the Time Report by Version will it include these incomplete tasks as well?
