JIRA SLOW

Greetings,
for a month we have been experiencing slowness on jira, in particular when browsing the various issues of the kamban board. On the logs I don't find any memory problems but only on the catalina.out log the following:

the DB is postgres 9.6 on AWS RDS
Jira is always on EC2 from AWS

Could you please provide me with clues as to what the recent issue may be for 2 years we have not had any problems
