JIRA Search page shows all issues by default.

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me why JIRA displays all issues when I open the search page? I am using JIRA 5.2.11. Due to this strange behaviour, my JIRA search page is very slow to load. we have more than 500,000 issues. So displaying the entries issues everytime when I open the search page is slowing down the system. Please help.

this is know issue, feature request already submitted here vote up to implement this on jira
