Among our many employees I see that quite often a wrong project/issuetype is selected - often because JIRA is so "nice" to remember last project and issuetype...

Anyone aware of a trick or plugin (before I create some hack myself) to clear/remove/deselect those values upen Issue creation?

A quick (and very dirty) way of doing this would be to inject a javascript function via the announcment banner which clears the fields.
