We have our configuration set to only send notifications to our channel when there are comments added to all issue types in our projects:
However, our channel is not receiving any notifications for the comments. It used to be working for us, however we've requested our JIRA Admin to remove the issue-related notifications highlighted below.
I'm not sure if the problem we're facing now is because we disabled all 3 checkboxes. I have tried disabling then enabling the configuration and I have also tried saving our configuration again, but it's not working. Checked that the Webhook URL is still the same.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The Jira Server Alerts integration was originally built by Slack and has now been delisted in the Slack app store in favor of the Atlassian supported Jira Server for Slack. I recommending giving the new app a try!
