JIRA Server - Automation - Roll Up Story Points

Hi - I am looking for a solution similar to the following: Solved: How do you sum up story points to the epic using j... (atlassian.com)

However, as we are using Server, we do not have the Lookup Issues action. Any ideas on a workaround?

Hi, Brandon -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are two batch handling options for Jira Server automations rules: bulk issue handling with branches / scheduled triggers, or using the Send Web Request action to call the REST API issue search with JQL.

Which one to use depends on what you want to do with the results:

• send an email (or message) with the sum: either one works
• edit an issue field with the sum: use the Send Web Request action

As another option...check if you have any marketplace addons for scripted / dynamic fields, as those could help.
