JIRA Set UP

Hi,

Is there a template for setting up a cloud version of JIRA? I am an absolute novice when it comes to setting up the site.... I am after a examples / templates on how to set up:

• Issue Security (so users can only see issues that relate to projects they are members of)
• Permissions
• Screens

I have been trying to do this for a couple of weeks now and am still no closer.

Any help on the above would be great

Thank you for this but it doesn't answer my question. There is an add on called Project Creator but that is not for JIRA Cloud (which I am using).
