JIRA Software 7.1x does not display dashboard on Ubuntu 16 with JDK 1.8.0_201

Hello!

I think I had tried JIRA Software 7.10.1 and 7.13.1 on this server with JDK 1.8.0_191 and these versions ran. JIRA Software 7.10.1 encounters a time out when loading some component. The log files are not easy to decipher so I cannot tell which component it is. In the end the dashboard is not shown when logging in.

Where can I download JIRA Software 7.9.x for another test? Google or Atlassian are not my friends today, they do not show an opportunity to do download it – or is it JIRA Server that I need to download.
