Just a quick question on the Jira Cloud (software) Product limitation:
Business case here :
When a Jira user is navigating the jira issues (Enhancements , Bugs or SDLC Bugs) and JIRA STATUS from one status to another status for example :
(Technical Assessment to Review Technical Assessment
Review Technical Assessment to Implementation in progress)
Jira issue status should be locked by the Assignee / Assigned to User (I.e.) as per Role
Is this above condition feasible to implement in Jira workflows ?
If yes please guide here.

What do you mean by locked by Assignee? Do you want to assign the issue to a user of a specific project role when moved from one status to another? If yes and if you have JMWE you can use the Assign to role member post-function of JMWE that assigns the issue to a user of a specific project role.

Thank you for the needful . yes we have "Jira Misc Workflow Extensions" (JMWE) advanced Workflows , Conditions and Validators. And are using it currently
