JIRA Software project company managed vs jira business project company managed?

Dear All,

Is there any link with updated information related the features of jira software company managed and jira business project company managed. In the past It seem to me that on jira business was not possible to customize workflows or use advanced roadmaps but I am trying now in jira cloud and seems to me I am able to customize workflows and also using advanced roadmaps. Any clarification will be appreciated.
