Hi Jira Support,

JIRA Sprint : When creating new sprints, there are old issues (created 2015) are automatically added in the new sprint.

After upgrade of JIRA, Sprint Boards are empty but when we create a new sprints and add issue to the new sprint the old issues automatically added in the new sprint.

Hi @Cormant Systems Administrator ,

If I understand correctly, when you create a new sprint, although you have not added certain issues to the sprint, they still show up here. Is that correct? If so, I would recommend that you go to these particular issues and open then up. Here look at the history of the issue and verify if anyone has recently added them to the sprint. An issue should be show up on a new sprint unless this is assigned to a sprint, either manually or through an automation. The history is the best place to check on this.

I noticed that you mentioned Jira Support. Note that this is not the support site rather the community forum where you can have discussions or ask questions.
