we are using JAVA1.8.0_92 .
the work directory and bundled-plugins directory is 0 bytes.
i tried to delete the "work" directory and the osgi-plugins' and the '.bundled-plugins.
Still the error persists. Can you please help.
can someone please help.
Hi,
If your JIRA is run on linux system and If you have a user with administration permissions (sudo), from the path ../jira-home/plugins/ you should execute the following command:
sudo rm -Rf ./.bundled-plugins
Make the same relatively to the "work" and ".osgi-plugins".
Make sure you put the point before bundled-plugins and osgi-plugins.
