My JIRA instance has duplicate trackbacks.
Does anyone know why this is caused and how to resolve it?
OK, I found a solution to remove the duplicates.
It seems you need to be the Project Lead (or atleast I did) and then you get the option to EDIT the trackbacks for an issue.
This helps on a case by case basis to clean up any dodgy trackbacks, BUT it doesn't help maintain the sytem and ensure trackbacks are valid and kept upto date.
Does anyone have any ideas on an automated way to keep trackbacks valid / non-duplicated / current?
