In our JIRA Instance we have notice that one user has 11444 requests. will it be cause to performance and can somebody explain us what is the no of requests means ?

It's not documented well but i think it's the amount of page requests (i.e html POST/GET to webserver) since the last login. Our bamboo instance made 5.1million anonymous requests to Jira, so verify what IP is making the requests, might be naturally occurring.
