JIRA Workflow: Transition issue condition is not assignee

Hi folks, 

in an specific workflow we got the dual control principle and for that 

assignees schould not do a specific transition. Only other users that are not assigned to the Issue should be able to do. I found the "is assignee condition" in the JIRA Workflow configuration, but not the "is not condition" is there a workaround?

I used an user picker field "previous assignee" (not in edit screen available)  where I copied the current user into it during the transition A. Then I added a condtion in transition B that current user must not be "prevoius assignee". That's how I implemented the dual control principle.
