JIRA access to users

Hi, 

I am the JIRA admin. I have added a user into the JIRA but please find the problems faced or direct me to use the same. 

1. the user didnt get an invite from JIRA to enable him to login

2. I am running the JIRA from Localhost and other users could not use the same url for login. http://localhost:8080/

3. How to include other host / system to the JIRA server for other users to login 

Kindly guide me.

1.  Did you set up a mail server?

2. Localhost means "this computer" - your other users will not be running Jira on their computers.  You need to put Jira on a url (this can be just an IP address) that can be accessed from other machines on your network.
