JIRA & Confluence Administration

Hi,

I got an access on JIRA, Confluence, Crowd from Client.

Here Confusion is:-

JIRA: I'm able to see Projects and Issues Only. There is no Site Access for Me.

Confluence: I'm able to access Site in Confluence.

Crowd: I'm able to access site in Crowd. and I have rights to Create Group & add people in respective group also.

Question:

1. Im able to access Confluence and crowd but not access JIRA. is client restricted me to JIRA?

2. What is the difference between Administrator and JIRA-Administrator?

What do you mean by site access in jira ? Are you using jira software or jira service desk?
