JIRA automactic email setup

Please help me in below scenario

I'm working on JIRA 6.1.5 and using filter for automatic email by subscribing it.

When i set my profile Email type : text then it displays only key and summary feilds in email but when set email type to html in profile then it display all fields configured .

Please help me to display all fields in jira email in case of text email type
