JIRA backup queries.

1) For JIRA, does the backup of data taken in XML include Plugins/Workflows/ Schemas configuration information?

2)What is the location for the attachments folder which has to be backed up separately?

  1. Yes, although plugins might store their own information in the filesystem or something similar.  JIRA can't really stop them from doing that.
  2. Under the JIRA home directory that you set during installation, in data/attachments
