Hello
I would like to raise a question.
We would like to archive a project from JIRA. This project is also functional safety related.
We would like to archive and backup this project. When we do a backup, will we be able to also backup the attachments added to each ticket or only just the ticket details without attachment.
Thank you
Subbu
Also from jira version 7.10 there is archive project feature.

Note that this feature is only available for Data Center installations and not a single node server installations

Hi @Subramaniam Krishnaveni Vairavan
How are you backing up the data? The xml/db backup would have all project data except attachments.
The attachments are usually stored in your data directory. Refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/configuring-file-attachments-861253987.html to understand where the location might be for your instance. Back them up separately
