Hello!
when I create the jira board(scrum), occur error below
Boards - JIRA
There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library: Database: -
name:PostgreSQL - version:9.2.15 - minor version:2 - major version:9 Driver: -
name:PostgreSQL Native Driver - version:PostgreSQL 9.1 JDBC4 (build 903)
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint
"AO_60DB71_DETAILVIEWFIELD_pkey" Detail: Key ("ID")=(277) already exists.
I don't know why create board.
what is the "AO_60DB71_DETAILVIEWFIELD_pkey" ?
The odd thing is that the error occurred, but scrum board is created successfully..
I'm curious about the current situation..
I want to know that causes this error.
Can I get some information about it?
Thank you!
Hi @ujkimbitbucket,
I am not familiar with the complete Jira Database Scheme, but I can tell you, that AO_60DB71_DETAILVIEWFIELD is a database table, and according to the name, there is data about the Fields within the Detail Víew (that is the issue view, that pops up on the right side of a board, when you click an issue) stored. The pkey is probably the primary key in that table.
Were you able to create the board at all? If not, can you try again and check, if this error still appears?
Thank you for information about this issue.
yes! board is create successfully.
But I have not yet verified that all the functions of the board are working properly.

Ok, if everything works fine, I would tend to ignore that error. If there are still issues with that board, please give us detailed information about what is not working.
