We have Azure AD integration setup for our Jira Cloud instances but have experienced an issue with users that no longer work in our organisation and have had their accounts de-activated in AD.
We have on at least one occasion had a past employee report that they continue to have access to our Jira instance several weeks after their AD account has been deactivated. In this scenario we require that users lose their access to the Jira cloud instance as soon as is practical.
Is this a known issue in Jira Cloud? If so, is there a known work around or a plan to resolve this?
