JIRA comments not getting updated in Service Now

Hi,

We have integrated JIRA and service now. The version of JIRA we use in 7.3.8. We' use RESTAPIs for integration. Recently, the comments entereted in JIRA is not getting updated in service now. When we checked the logs, the comments are not being fetched at all when a new comment is added. So, can you please assist?

Geetha,

Can you let me know if you were looking at the Jira logs or the Service Now logs? It sounds to me like you were checking the Jira Server logs but don't see any REST API calls pulling the comments.

Are you able to find anything on the Service Now end for why it might not be calling Jira anymore?

Can you try testing the REST API commands you're using outside of Service Now and see if they work? You can use something like Postman if you want a UI to do so.
