JIRA dashboard editors not shared empty

After from JIRA 6.3.1，editors of  dashboard is empty and is not shared

Now my jira is 8.6.1

The original rule is the owner of dashboard can edit the dashbord, but now the rule is lost

someone can help me ?

Jira changed how they did dashboard permission in the later version.

Where it says "Editors: Not Shared" means that only the owner of the dashboard can edit it.

The new interface is a little confusing. The lines that say "Add Editors" or "Add Viewers" are NOT showing the current editors or viewers. They are giving you the option to add them. when you click on the "+ Add" button, it takes the from that line and adds them to the respective permission.
