Hi,
Periodically our JIRA server gets update patches (e.g. from Windows) and then rebooted. When the server comes up, JIRA doesn't come up. One of our networking people mentioned it is an add-on issue.
I was wondering are there log files available that I could check which identifies which add-on(s) could be causing the problem and the particular reason?
Sincerely,
Jason
Hi @Jason Yeung yes, start of the Jira is logged in atlassian-jira.log file which is stored in {jira_home}/log folder (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/useful-log-files-in-jira-1027120387.html)
