JIRA doesn't start

here the log file :

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Unable to delete file: /home/arsan/jira/plugins/.osgi-plugins/felix/felix-cache/bundle1/bundle.location

please help me

Hello Akhila,

in my opinion the problem is related to missing permission to JIRA folders.

Please, take a look here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+shows+a+404+error+after+restart
