JIRA dropdown not working

Hi All,

Once clicking on JiRA Agile is returning a blank screen and JS console has the below error. after that all the dropdowns are not working like IssueProject Dashboard etc. Please suggest.

The issue is resolved now. It was appearing as hostname was not complete i.e. the domain name was missing and that was impacting the JS.

Hey Abhishek, is there any entries in your $JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file when this error appears in your screen? If so, can you paste it here?
