Hello @Ste Wright I just wanted to tell you that, miraculously, the problem has been solved today. I wanted to update the post I created yesterday but it disappeared. You sent me an email telling me to contact Atlassian Support but, since the problem "seems" to have been solved, I won't contact them. Since I'm not a "system administrator", I can't issue a ticket on Atlassian Support by myself. Our "administrators" are quite busy these times...
