I installed JIRA on windows 10 machine and JIRA is not starting after the system restart. I tried using start-jira and also startup, however it does not seem to work.

First of all check your log files: there should be information about the failed startup in there.
Was Jira running fine before the system restart? And was it running as a Windows service?
