JIRA - notification for newly created component

Hi,

Can a user w/in a project be notified when a component is created (for auditing pupose)?  This user wants to be notified when someone creates a new component.  Currently the creater of a new component does not include the auditor.

Actually, you can find it in the Audit log from the Project settings.

When someone creates a new Component, the category is listed as projects, and summary:  Project component updated.

The Jira version we have is: 9.4.xx
