JIRA or EazyBI How can I create a roadmap with various projects and who's working for each project?

I'd like to know if it's possible to create the following view on JIRA or eazyBI:

Today, I get data from JIRA and manually input them in this timeline on excel. Is there anyway to have a view like this on either JIRA or eazyBI? (Doesn't need to be exactly the same)

You could use the "Sprint" dimension and filter the report by sprints and then also import "Build" as a dimension to use it in the report.
