I have JIRA server installed and working perfectly on the local computer. I have the IP that I can use say 192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8100 to access JIRA through the web-browser in the local computer, but cant do from another computer.
This is annoying as I dont know what else could go wrong. Ports are enabled, firewall settings are good, all the port are released by IT team for accessing the JIRA.
Just to be clear: Is the other computer within the same network as your JIRA server or is it in a different network?
I suspect your second sentence is technically inaccurate, or missing something. But, you need to start with the errors.
If someone else on your network visits 192.xxx.xxx.xxx:8100 in a browser (I'm assuming you haven't added a context like /JIRA to the end), what error message do they get? (Or behaviour if there's no error)
